This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by BeanCycle LLC through www.beancyclecoffee.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or United States federal holidays.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
  • During promotions, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Coverage

BeanCycle currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated on the website.

3. Shipping Methods and Transit Time

Shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Destination
  • Carrier schedule
  • Selected shipping service

Transit times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

BeanCycle offers free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD.

Promotional shipping offers, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect in the carrier’s system.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

BeanCycle is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delivery delays due to address errors

If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

BeanCycle is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Weather-related delays

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier. We may assist in providing documentation, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please email returns@beancyclecoffee.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

9. Perishable Goods

Coffee is a perishable product and is shipped in sealed packaging designed to preserve freshness.

BeanCycle is not responsible for quality changes resulting from:

  • Transit delays
  • Carrier handling
  • Failure to retrieve delivered packages promptly

10. Shipping and Returns

All return requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fulfillment error.
