This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from BeanCycle LLC through www.beancyclecoffee.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview

BeanCycle specializes in premium coffee and curated brewing tools. Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, specific return conditions apply.

2. Returns for Coffee Products

Coffee is a perishable item. For health, safety, and quality control reasons:

  • Opened or used coffee products cannot be returned.
  • We do not offer refunds for flavor preferences or grind selection errors.
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.

We may offer a replacement or refund if reported within 7 calendar days of delivery for the following:

  • Damaged product upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received
  • Quality or freshness concerns
  • Order lost in transit

To request review, email returns@beancyclecoffee.com with your order number and clear photo evidence where applicable.

3. Returns for Non-Perishable Items

Merchandise and brewing equipment may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original packaging
  • All original components are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

BeanCycle reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was fulfilled incorrectly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened coffee products
  • Used merchandise or equipment
  • Discounted or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products

5. Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 3 to 7 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

For lost packages, customers must first file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We may assist in the process but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

BeanCycle LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
